FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

PIZZA PACKAGES - Minimum Spend is $2000.* 

SMOKEHOUSE PACKAGES - Minimum Spend is $3000.*

*GST, mileage & waitstaff not included in price

 

FORMAL CUTLERY & CROCKERY

Disposable kraft board plates and compostable cutlery are included in the price.

We also can hire formal sets for you.

Price: $5/head.

FORMAL NAPKINS

Disposable napkins are included in the price. We also offer formal napkins for an extra.

Price: $4/head.

CAKEAGE

We can cut and serve your cake!  

Price: $100 extra.  It does not include serving/serving items.

 

 

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We cater for Gluten-Free, Dairy-free, Vegetarian, Vegan and all sort of allergies.

We do not offer any food for Celiacs though as it is too dangerous for them to have any food coming out of our facilities. All dietary requirements need to be specified prior to the wedding.

 

WAITSTAFF/BAR STAFF

We have experienced and professional waitstaff.

Staff are an additional charge - staff number depends on the size and complexity of the event. 

We recommend a waiter for every 40 people to ensure a smooth service.

LOGISTICS REQUIREMENTS

We need to arrive 3 - 4h prior to serving time, have access to regular power, 5x5 flat surface and the entrance needs to be wide enough for us to manoeuvre. We bring a four-wheel-drive towing the trailer so we can access remote locations. Please let us know if access is tricky/hilly.​

MILAGE

Travel is charged after 40kms from Byron Bay, NSW, this is charged at $1.50 per KM.

PAYMENT

A 20% deposit is required to lock in the date. $100 will be kept for administration in case of cancellation. No refund is given less than 4-weeks notice.

The rest of the payment is to be paid four weeks prior to the event.
